Hide the line-up for your team members
Make sure your team is boosted to level 1 to change the location of an event
The default setting is that the line-up is visible. You can toggle the line-up to hidden when you are creating or editing a line-up and your team is boosted. This means that the line-up is hidden for team members and followers without admin and scorekeeping rights. When the line-up is hidden you can adjust the line-up in anyway you want it by select the edit line-up button.
Publish the line-up
You can publish the line-up whenever you think is the right moment. You can choose if you want to notify the team about the publishing of the line-up. You can also make the publishing undone, if you need to make a last minute change.
