How do I sync my Mingle calendar with my own calendar?

Note: To sync your Mingle Calendar you need to have a Mingle subscription. This can be a team boost or a personal Plus subscription.

You can sync the calendar of every team you're part of to your calendar of choice. If you want to sync calendars of more than one team, you have to subscribe to a calendar url per team. Follow the steps below.

Tip: The easiest way to use your team calendar link, you can email the URL to yourself. This way you can easily subscribe to it in the email app you use.

Are updates of the mingle calendar automatically updated?

When you subscribe to the team url, the calendar will be synced and every change to events will be updated in your personal calendar. If you add the activities to your calendar updates of the events will not be synced to your personal calendar.

In the app:

  1. Open the schedule overview

  2. Select the sync icon in the top right corner or click the blue (+)

  3. Sync Calendar

  4. Select your team

(iOS) Sync to iCal

  1. Select the Sync calendar button

  2. Your native calendar app will be opened

  3. Select subscribe

  4. Select "Add" top right corner

Sync to Google Calendar

Important note: Google Calendar does not allow adding a new calendar from a mobile device. You must switch to a desktop for these next steps.

On a desktop computer:

  1. Open Google Calendar

  2. On the left, locate ‘Other calendars’ and select this option

  3. Choose ‘From URL’ from the dropdown

  4. Paste the calendar link from Mingle

  5. Click ‘Save’

Sync to Outlook

On a desktop computer:

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com

  2. Select calendar

  3. Add calendar

  4. Select "from web"

  5. Paste the calendar link from Mingle

  6. Type the name you want to use for the calendar

  7. Select import
