Any team member with Content rights can add media
Match Reporters (Scorekeeping + Content rights) can add/edit commentary, manage tags, connect/disconnect media to events, and remove content cards
Admins can remove any content and set visibility to Admin Only
Followers can view, comment, and cheer on content cards
