Mingle Sport has leaderboards for everything you can track — goals, assists, cards, minutes played, matches played, training attendance, starting team, and match awards. Every month, top leaderboard positions earn Team Awards (e.g. "top scorer of the month"). As a team admin, you can control which leaderboards are visible and to whom.

Leaderboard settings

In Homebase, go to Team Settings → Stats & Leaderboards. You have 3 options:

  1. Show leaderboards to all — Everyone on the team can see all leaderboards. This is the default.

  2. Turn off leaderboards — No leaderboards are visible to anyone. Monthly Team Awards messages won't be sent, and the Team Awards section will show an empty state.

  3. Show leaderboards to admins only — Only team admins can see the leaderboards. Non-admin members see a "leaderboard is hidden" message. This is a premium feature.

Customising individual leaderboards

Premium teams can also configure visibility per leaderboard category:

  • Goals & Assists

  • Minutes Played

  • Cards

  • Matches Played

  • Training Attendance

  • Starting Team

  • Awards (MVP, Workhorse, Playmaker)

For each category, you can choose to show it to everyone, hide it for non-admins, or turn it off. This is useful if, for example, your coach wants to track minutes played without making it visible to parents and players.

Can leaderboards be visible to admins only?

Yes, this is a premium feature. Non-admin members will see a "leaderboard is hidden" message.
