After every match, your team can vote for the Players of the Match and rate the overall match performance. As a team admin, you can customise how voting and rating works — or turn it off entirely.
Match Awards
By default, team members can vote for 3 awards after every match:
MVP — Most Valuable Player. The person who made the difference.
Workhorse — The hardest working player who put in the most effort.
Playmaker — The most creative player.
Players cannot vote for themselves. After the match, a task appears on the Home screen reminding everyone to vote. Once the voting window closes, the player with the most votes wins.
Customizing Match Awards
In Homebase, go to Team → Settings → Stats preferences & visibility → MVP Voting. From here you can:
Turn awards on or off — Disable all awards, or turn off individual ones (e.g. keep MVP but disable Playmaker).
Rename awards — Change the title (max 10 characters) and description (max 30 characters) to match your team culture.
Switch to Coach Selection — Instead of team voting, the coach picks the winners directly. No voting task will be sent to the team.
Choose who can vote — Restrict voting to specific roles, e.g. only players (premium feature).
Set the voting window — By default, voting opens 110 minutes after the scheduled match time and closes 24 hours later (or when everyone has voted). Premium teams can adjust the window duration.
Set the Result Reveal Time — Choose when results become visible: 1, 4, 8, 16, 24, or 48 hours after the window closes.
Changes to voting settings only apply to future matches — they won't affect matches where voting is already in progress.
Match Rating
Besides voting for awards, team members can rate each match on a scale of 1 to 5. The average rating is added to the team stats, so you can track how the team performs over time — regardless of the actual match result.
Customising Match Rating
In Homebase, go to Team → Settings → Stats preferences & visibility → Match Rating. From here you can:
Turn match rating on or off — This works independently from Match Awards. You can have one without the other.
Choose who can rate — Restrict rating to specific roles (premium feature). Only team members who were going to the match (or didn't RSVP) can rate — members marked as "not going" are excluded.
Note: the match rating window always has the same duration as the voting window. You cannot set different times for each.
