Make it easier for your team to manage attendance by turning on Auto RSVP
When Auto RSVP is turned on, everyone on your team is automatically marked as “Going” for matches, training, and team events.
They’ll only need to respond if they can’t attend. This helps save time and reduces missed RSVPs.
With Auto RSVP enabled, team members won’t receive RSVP reminder notifications, since they are already marked as attending by default.
Turning on Auto RSVP
You can enable Auto RSVP in your team settings. Here’s how:
Navigate to your Team Settings in Homebase or the app
Select RSVP Preferences
Under Auto RSVP, toggle ON
Click Save to apply your changes
How Auto RSVP works
Once Auto RSVP is on:
Everyone invited to an event will automatically be set to “Going”
Team members only need to RSVP if they will be absent
No RSVP reminders are sent for those events
Attendance tracking and statistics will automatically update when members mark themselves as Not Going
FAQ about Auto RSVP
Who can turn on Auto RSVP?
Team Admins and users with Schedule rights can enable or disable Auto RSVP in the team’s RSVP Preferences.
What if someone can’t attend?
They simply mark themselves as Not Going in the app and give a reason for their absence. This will update their RSVP and attendance automatically.
Will team members still get reminders?
No. When Auto RSVP is on, members will not receive RSVP reminders, since their attendance is already confirmed by default.
Can I still change invites or attendance manually?
Yes. Admins can still adjust attendance or change who is invited to specific events at any time.
