If you want to know who's coming to a game, people can let you know by RSVPing (Going or Not Going). We automatically send reminders if they don't respond. You can also remind them manually. Team members can provide a reason when 'Not Going' and their transportation needs when 'Going'.

In this article you will learn:

  1. How to RSVP as a team member

  2. How to see who's attending

  3. How to remind people to RSVP

  4. How to edit the attendance list

How can I RSVP as a team member

If you or one of your teammates scheduled a training session or scheduled a match it will appear on the Schedule Page. Upcoming matches will also appear on the Activity Feed.

  1. Go to the Schedule page

  2. Click on "Going" or "Not Going" at the training or match you want to indicate your availability

    1. When pressing 'Going' you can provide your transportation: Driving, Self Transport or 'Need a ride'

    2. When pressing 'Not Going' you can provide a reason for not attending: 'Sick', 'Injured', 'Vacation, 'School/work' and 'Other'

  3. You can change your RSVP by clicking on the RSVP button and change to 'Going' or 'Not Going'. You can also change your reason or transportation.

How to see who's attending?

In the app

You can get an overview of who's going, who's not going and who hasn't responded yet. In the app you can do this as follows:

  1. Go to Schedule

  2. Click on the training or match you want to see

  3. Scroll to the RSVP section

  4. You can see for Players and Staff + Team support (parents) the RSVP status

On web (Homebase)

We're working on power user features for scheduling and attendance tracking on Homebase: our desktop web app. It's in beta, but we'll add new stuff every week.

How to remind team members to RSVP?

We automatically send reminders to team members that haven't responded. You can also do it manually.

Automatic reminders

  1. MATCHES: we will send an automatic reminder to anyone who has not yet registered their attendance 72 hours before the start of a match.

  2. TRAINING: we will send an automatic reminder to players who have not yet registered their attendance 24 hours before the start of a training practice.

Notifying team members manually

You can notify team members manually. You can send a maximum of 1 reminder per person.

  • Go to the match info tab or training page and select the Players or the Staff & Team Support. There you will see an overview of your teammates who have indicated whether they are present or not.

  • Below that is an overview of people who have not yet responded.

  • At the top it is indicated when the next automatic reminder is, if it has already passed it says that there is no next automatic reminder.

  • If you want to send individual reminders, go to the 3 dots behind the person and press 'Notify'

  • If you prefer to ask everyone who has not yet responded to respond at once, press “Notify All”.

  • A message will be send to the user(s) [Sender] wants you to RSVP to [Event].

How to edit the attendance list?

Team managers or coaches might want to edit the attendance list.

Editing attendance in the app

Navigate to Schedule and go to the training or match you want to edit attendance for.

Under the RSVP section you'll find a button: 'Edit Attendance'

You will be able to add / remove players from the attendance list. You can also edit their reason for not going.
